Training Programmes
When you have identified that First Aiders are needed in
your workplace they must gain a certificate of competence
- the nationally recognised OPTIMUM First Aid at Work certificate
will provide this. At present the First Aid at work course
lasts for at least 24 hours of training, usually held over
four days or spread over several weeks. Please see our course
dates for local courses or contact us for a course to be delivered
at your site. First aid at work certificates are valid for
three years from the date of issue. Re-qualification courses
are of at least 12 hours training and are normally held over
two days.
