Your First Aid at Work certificate is valid
for three years from the date of issue. You may attend a 2-day
Refresher course anytime within the three-year period. Should
your certificate expire then you must attend another 4 day
First Aid at Work course. This requires not only more time,
but is far more expensive to your employer in terms of time,
money and productivity.
Book your place on the 2-day OPTIMUM Refresher
Course and you will soon find out how easy it is to remember
how to help save a live. This course includes re-assessment
of your skills and understanding before you are issued with
a new certificate.
Please note that the expiry date on your
current certificate must be any date AFTER the date of your
assessment. Example: If your certificate is valid until 30th
October this year, you must attend a course whereby Day 2
falls on or before 30th October.
This course will help you to:
- develop further knowledge to continue
to be a First Aider in the workplace.
- update and practice your skills in a safe
simulated environment
- understand your legal responsibilities
relating to First Aid at Work
- develop an action plan of good working
practices to transfer to the workplace.
- be re-assessed in order to gain this nationally
recognised qualification in First Aid at Work.
